Position Overview

Reporting to, the IMT and Patient Access Services Managers, the System Administrator will fully support Teletracking and Savience software programs to: ensure robust system functionality and operation; monitor systems and fine tune for optimal performance; support users with quick response and resolution to system issues; liaise with vendors to troubleshoot for issue resolution; oversee system upgrades & maintenance; develop user training guidelines, policies and procedures and train users.

Education

-  Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, System Administration or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required.

Experience

-  3-5 years recent relevant experience in Information Technology, application management and support, education/training and customer service
-  Demonstrated proficiency with technology
-  Strong knowledge of systems and network software, hardware and network protocols
-  Critical thinker with proven ability to learn quickly, analyze effectively, problem solve and quickly pivot to find viable solutions to issues
-  Self-directed with personal motivation to work independently and make appropriatedecisions
-  Demonstrated process improvement experience with strong customer focus
-  Business analysis experience is an asset
-  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to demonstrate tact and diplomacy with diverse groups of stakeholders
-  Effective listening, training and coaching skills
-  Flexible and adaptable
