Requisition #: PAS2405 Job Category: Administrative / Clerical Department: Patient Access Services Job Type: Permanent Full Time Open Positions: 1 Job Number: J0524-0058 Position Overview Reporting to, the IMT and Patient Access Services Managers, the System Administrator will fully support Teletracking and Savience software programs to: ensure robust system functionality and operation; monitor systems and fine tune for optimal performance; support users with quick response and resolution to system issues; liaise with vendors to troubleshoot for issue resolution; oversee system upgrades & maintenance; develop user training guidelines, policies and procedures and train users. Education - Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, System Administration or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required.
